Moong dal, chana dal, urud dal, toor dal, raw rice, moringa leaves, red chilly, asofoeteda, turmeric, ginger, curry leaves, salt
1. Mix 1 measure of dosa mix with 1 measure of water and stir well to a smooth batter and keep aside for 15 minutes
2. Heat pan and wipe with a wet cloth.
3. Pour the batter and spread in a circular motion and add gingelly oil or ghee on top and edges. Flip the dosa. Dosa is ready to serve
Suggestions:
1. Add salt to batter if required
2.Add fresh coriander leaves for good taste
3. Serve hot
