1. Mix required salt to puttupodi and add 3/4 measure of water (sprinkle gradually) to 1 measure puttu podi. Mix well and keep it aside for 7 minutes
2. Fil into puttu maker and cook for 5-7 minutes
3. Delicious puttu is ready to serve
Suggestions:
1. Add coconut gratings to the mix for good taste
2. Serve warm
