Raw rice, sprouted grains (jowar, green peas, green gram, horse gram, urud dal, chana, fenugreek), caraway, ground nut, red chilly, turmeric, ginger, asafoetida, curry leaves, salt
1. mix 1 measure of dosa mix with 1 measure of water and stir well to a smooth batter and keep aside for 15 minutes
2. Heat pan and wipe with a wet cloth.
3. pour the batter and spread in a circular motion and add gingelly oil or ghee on top and edges. Flip the dosa. dosa is ready to serve
Suggestions:
1. Add salt to batter if required
2. add chopped onions and fresh coriander leaves for good taste
3. serve hot
