1. Mix 1 measure of dosa mix with 1 1/4 measure of water and stir well (with hands or beater) to a smooth batter and keep aside for 10 minutes
2. Heat pan and wipe with a wet cloth.
3. Pour the batter and spread in a circular motion and add gingelly oil or ghee on top and the edges. Flip the dosa. Crispy dosa is ready to serve
Suggestions:
1. Add salt to batter if required
2. Serve hot for good taste
